"Attached is a picture of us taken last month while we were enjoying some of the last of my supply of some of your older vintage Zinfandels. My brothers and I have fond memories of meeting you in 1997...."
After decanting 2 bottles of the 1992 this Peter Franus friend said he "...ended up with the most amazing wine that could probably have lasted another 5 to 10 years. For us, this wine had the great balance of fruit, tannin and acid. The magnum of 1993 (filtered) and a bottle of 1994 were progessively more mellow. The 2 bottles of 1995 were also a hit and every year was someones favorite. Wow!!
